Dolphin Olympics …hacked?
Update: All fixed. The high scores should be working again.
Somehow the game was taken offline again by someone or something other than myself. The high score chart access is also malfunctioning. I am looking into the cause; in the meantime I have uploaded a backup copy of the game. You should be able to play but unable to submit scores to the high score database.

Blah this is starting to get irritating that hacking guy is just some stupid idiot ruining all the fun. Did you have a backup of the hiscores? Finally got myself a place in the top scores and now this happens *sobs*

The high scores are ok, none of them were lost. They should be back up again soon.

The hiscores are still not working 100% i havent been able to see the top+todays scores for over 15 hours now.

ok it’s working again, but unfortunately something happened to the high scores database (again) and the old scores have been lost. I am talking with my hosting provider to find out what happened and if I can get them restored from a backup.

Highest Jump

MrChips, the database shows your highest jump as being 284.34. It’s possible that your new record didn’t submit properly for some reason. Every time you finish a game your best records (highest jump, longest jump, etc.) are submitted, so try playing again and submitting a score.

Alan, it’s no big whoop… absolutely love the game!
The scoring has been a little weird lately. For example, I have on “My Scores” my longest jump at 1109 meters, but on “Today’s Records” I’m at 1459 (so it updated “today’s” records but not “my scores”). Similarily it updated “My scores” with the 435m highest jump (which was sweet… all the stars aligned on that run, I must say!) but it didn’t update “Todays” or “Top Scores”. Just an FYI for ya! Cheers again on a fantastic game.
Suggestion: Would be really cool to see the stats during or at the end of each game for the highest, longest etc (eg. a summary of that particular game “You jumped x high, you made x splash etc to see how close we got to our own records).

Thanks MrChips, that is a great suggestion. I will try to work it into a future update. I will also look into the scoring strangeness, thanks for the details.
