Dolphin Olympics 3 Million score video
Update: As mentioned in the comments on this post, there is now an 11 million video available. I am constantly amazed at the skill of all of you Dolphin Olympics players. I can barely crack 2 million myself most of the time
rssurvivor has posted a video of a 3 million point run in Dolphin Olympics. If you’re curious about some of the techniques you can use to get a better score, check it out.

Excellent jumping! I think I am going to have to expand the solar system soon to accommodate that excessive hang time.

Yay
Finally there wont be black air above mars anymore
*looks happy*

Thanks WarSpaz. The music from your video got stuck in my head in a bad way
September 13th, 2006 at 4:06 am
In a bad way?
That can’t be possible

my keyboard is bloked when i push more than 3 keys at once how can i unblock that?
September 13th, 2006 at 9:15 am
I don’t think that there is a way to unblock your keyboard to allow more keys to be used at once. I think some keyboards just allow more keys than others (hopefully someone will correct me if I’m wrong).

@estebangl - try to use UP/DOWN arrow keys (left hand) and 4/6 keys (right hand) on the numeric keyboard on the right. It may help.

I just noticed that theres a nebula or whatever way above mars. your going to make that a score right? i think i did a god accomplishment getting that high;D
September 15th, 2006 at 10:36 pm
There is a high score for the nebula, you might need to get just a little bit higher.
September 15th, 2006 at 10:36 pm
ooo!!! jupiter!!! you forgot the astroid belt. oh well. hey, you could hit an astriod, and when it hits the water, it’d make a big splash!!! would that count to our splash record?
September 15th, 2006 at 10:36 pm
i did just graze the bottom…
must…keep…playing!!!
September 15th, 2006 at 10:37 pm

look whos talking. your talking to yourself.
hm. you got a point there.
September 15th, 2006 at 10:47 pm
Well, I don’t know if there is technically a nebula before Jupiter either. Not so much a game about ‘realism’
You could talk to the guys who made Gran Turismo, maybe they could put together the Real Dolphin Simulator ™
September 15th, 2006 at 11:14 pm
Never mind, looks like they’ve already done it
Real Dolphin Simulator ™
September 16th, 2006 at 12:20 pm
there isn’t. although the astroid belt WOULD be pretty darn cool.

Hey I thought the video for the 11 millionth score was great ive been aiming to get atleast 100000 or more.
I am also a little bit suspicious about the video cause it was really fast and you cant usally get that much in 1 min and 60 seconds or so…..
October 12th, 2006 at 11:28 pm
Gabby, one of the problems with the game is that it on slower computers, the game runs slower, but the timer in the game always runs at the same speed regardless. So someone with a really fast computer can play the game faster, do more moves, and get a higher score. It is unfair, and I don’t really like it. The problem is that if the game is much easier to play when it is running slowly; if the timer ran slowly as well, you could take your time and line up your jumps easily and have an advantage over people who were playing at a faster speed. I guess the best solution would be to allow you to choose your game speed…
Anyways sorry for the long winded response! Good luck and thanks for playing

WarSpaz, what IS the name of the song on your 25-mil video? It’s stuck in my head, too, and I want to get it.
Amazing vids everyone! My best is like 750,000, and I can only get to Mars, but I am going to try new techniques and I want to get to Saturn and the Nebula, and anything else up there! Is there anything above Saturn???
